What if I need more than 3 boxes?+
Extra boxes are 400 CZK each. Let us know when booking or message us on WhatsApp anytime.
How secure is the warehouse?+
Your items are kept in a secure, access-controlled storage facility — safer than an empty dorm room over the summer.
What if something gets damaged?+
We handle every box with care. If we cause damage or loss, our liability is up to 2,000 CZK per booking (see Terms §8). Please pack fragile items well and leave out prohibited valuables — those aren't covered.
Can I access my boxes during summer?+
Yes — message us on WhatsApp to schedule a visit. First access is free, additional visits may have a small fee.
When is the deadline to book?+
We accept bookings until all 20 spots are filled. Earlier bookings get more flexibility on pickup timing.
